For almost a year now, the AP has begun stories about Sarah Palin "Sarah Palin, former failed Vice Presidential candidate,..." Well Sarah is about to blow away every record of best selling non fiction books and the libs at the AP and NYT will have to cover her or risk being laughed out of business. In fact all liberal media is scratching to get their dismal credibility back.

So I have a challenge for the 'main stream'(choking with laughter)media. How about beginning EVERY story about Mr. Obama.

"President Barack Obama, former 2016 Olympic Bid Failure,..."

If NBC, CBS and ABC would do this for even 6 months, I would forgive them for the way they treated Sarah during Campaign '08. I mean, it's only fair and balanced! Here is a sample to kick of this new tag line:

"Mr. Obama, former 2016 Olympic bid failure, revved up the White House machinery to aid Chicago's Olympic bid, sending First Lady Michelle Obama and adviser Valerie Jarrett to Denmark leading a delegation that included nearly a half-dozen top administration officials.The White House announced only last week that he would join as well. The widespread perception was that he wouldn't have decided to go unless Chicago was virtually assured of a win.

But the city was cut in the first of three rounds of voting. "I believe it's always a worthwhile endeavor to promote and boost the United States of America and invite the world to come see what we're all about," Mr. Obama said upon returning to Washington Friday. "And we obviously would have been eager to host these Games, but...this nation and our athletes are still very much excited to compete in 2016."

The truth is that Mr. Obama would not have gone to Denmark unless his 'handler' Rahm had all but assured him that he would walk away with the gold. It was in the bank, the Pres was only showing up to accept the award and thank the little people... Wah wah wah wah

The Chicago Sun News along with Jesse Jackson and others are trying real hard to spin this as "Even the magnanimous Obama, in one year, could not overcome the world hatred for George Bush." Instead of, oh I don't know, Chicago wasn't the best bid on the table. That Mr. Obama misunderestimated his chances and walked away humiliated and exposed as a weak leader whose arrogance is the only thing bigger than his spending policy. Sounds right!

Core Conservative Belief: While America has flaws, we are proud of her, since we believe that the American system and American values are the best human systems of governance yet created.

Progressive Belief: America is an imperialist bully that seeks to destroy non-white people, whether within or outside of America. Her power must be reined in at all costs.

Today, I want to focus on the main differences between my conservative core value and the values that are currently driving the policies of our nation.

What is a value vs a belief?

• I believe that I should eat healthy, exercise and control my weight.
• I believe that I should always tell the truth.
• I believe that I should at all times be a loving caring husband and father and put their needs before my own.

But what I value? That's what I actually do! There is a saying that if you really want to know what a person values, just look at their check book register. It is true in life that where our money is, our heart is also.

When you read the 'Progressive Belief' concerning America it may appear at first to be far from what liberals are saying they believe. But if you were to write down the actions taken by this current administration without statements of belief or justifications and compare those actions to this belief statement? It becomes a viable definition of Mr. Obama's core values concerning America. here are a few more liberal core values:

Progressive Belief: People cannot be trusted to make the right decisions with their money. It's better if the government takes and redistributes wealth, notwithstanding the fact that doing so slows the economy.

Progressive Belief: Islamic terrorism is the work of a few people angry at the US (and especially at George Bush), and the best thing we can do to placate these people is to (a) leave Iraq; (b) abandon Israel; (c) dump George Bush; and (d) engage in dialogue with the Islamic leaders.

Progressive Belief: Progressives believe that every other culture is superior to American culture, so immigrants and ethnic enclaves should be encouraged to remain separate and distinct. Not only that, they believe that it is the responsibility of ordinary Americans to yield in every instance when there is a conflict between the dominant American culture and an ethnic subculture

Progressive Belief: It's racist to keep illegal immigrants out of the country. For that reason, there should not be any hurdles in the illegal immigrant's path to the full panoply of American rights and welfare services.

In conclusion, I only ask one thing of myself and other conservatives that may read my blog. Have your 'beliefs' taken action and become values? Far too many conservatives believe, but without taking action they are useless to our cause. One of the reasons that liberals are successful in America today is that they have taken action. Right or wrong they are doing what conservatives have abdicated, and because of it, they have found a voice.

1. Sarah Palin was berated by Katie and Charles respectively in their interviews with her. She was made to seem inexperienced and not qualified to be Vice President.
2. Caroline Kennedy was given a complete pass to be appointed interum NY Senator, even though she has no publicly elected experience.
3. John Ziggler, who interviewed Sarah Palin and produced a documentary about the media's bias, was arrested at USC recently at the site of the award ceremony for Katie Couric, who received her award for the Palin interview. John was on the sidewalk, away from the entrance, and giving his DVD away to passersby.
4. Every misdeed or piece of personal dirt on anyone even remotely connected to Sarah Palin has generated headlines and sound bites in the left media. Giving many people the opportunity to take a swipe at Sarah, to remind all of us again, that they think she is no good for the country.

All the while, Sarah Palin has remained relatively quiet about the unsolicited assaults against herself and her family. So the question is and remains, will Sarah Palin win the Republican nomination in 2012? If so, will she give Barack Obama a run for his money (our money)?

In the fable of the Emperor's New Clothes, a couple of con men convinced the king that they had magical cloth, which only the wise could see. The king hires these men to make him the most magnificent suit of clothes, declaring that anyone who cannot see this material was a fool.

The king was insulated from negative feedback and played the ultimate price; complete and absolute public mortification. As the fable goes, when the con men unveiled this magnificent suit made of this magical clothes no one wanted to admit all they could see was a half-naked king clad only in his boxer shorts, lest they be branded a fool.

If we believe what we are told by reporters and major news outlets, then America is a safer country now that Barack Obama is ruling the roost. Do you feel safer?

The theory is that while America was minding our own business living in harmony with the rest of the world, suddenly George Bush was elected as US President. This outraged a handful of domestic airline passengers who just happened to have box cutters handy.. Aaaaaand 9-11 happened, you know like the perfect storm. If Al Gore was our president we could have apologized to the world right then and there. This would have appeased the world and showed our moral superiority. That would have been the end of it.

The theory continues, once President Bush stood up to the 'bullies' on the playground, it spontaneously generated thousands of suicide bombers who left their families and good jobs at JihadMart (JMART) to blow themselves up with the hope of killing anyone related to President Bush.

But.. what about the historical facts? Hmmm let's take a gander:

When N. Korea Lied about their Nuclear Program and launched a test missile, President Bush responded immediately, putting pressure on Kim Jong-Il and forcing him to suspend the program and enter into 6 party talks. Under Clinton Korea built a formidable nuclear program while lying to the U.S. (are you lying? No. Are you lying? No. Okay, just checking). Why, because N. Korea saw us as weak. Obama's response to N. Korea aggressively pursuing Nuclear program and missile launch? Priceless.

When China manipulated their currency to gain unfair advantages in the trade market, Bush picked up the phone and called. Not sure what he said but within 36 hours the RMB (China dollar) went from 8.6 RMB to one dollar to 7.9 RMB to one dollar. Under Clinton, China gained US technology and built up a nuclear arsenal that equaled our own. (What were all of those Chinese donors doing in the Lincoln bedroom at the White house.)

President bush retaliated for 9-11 and launched an all out assault on the Taliban and drove the oppressive regime into the caves of Pakistan. President Clinton, on the day he was to lie (testify) before a grand jury, while wearing the tie that Monica gave him, ordered a missile attack against a baby aspirin factory in Afghanistan. (Wag the dog?).

Bush Administration Report Card: Al Qaeda is decimated, Syria has been neutralized, Iraq is a budding democracy, Lybia has renounced terrorism, and our homeland is secure. B+

Obama has declared that the war on terror is no longer the policy of America, that we now 'manage' and overseas contingency program. The Somali Pirates that held Americans hostage and threatened to kill the captain of the Maersk Alabama, are not terrorists. Obama administration refuses to acknowledge the pirates as anything but profiteers. Oh and by the way we can no longer say terrorism. Now we must refer to the acts of 9-11 as 'Man Made Disasters."

President Bush stood up, as did his father, as did Ronald Reagan. He declared the actions against us on 9-11 as an act of terrorism and took actions that instilled respect and a little fear in our friends and enemies.

Are we feeling safer yet? It's starting to feel like I am living in a children's book.

We do not like the last 8 years
We do not like them, let's be peers

Now that the apologies and the boot licking (or whatever bowing to a foreign king is called) have been distributed all around, our President is telling us that we are safe, because the bad guys can see we are willing to talk.

When I was in Jr. High and High School and a bully was determined to harm me, I can honestly say that talking didn't help. I am a pretty good talker and I was very patient. In 8th grade when I stood up to one bully I was knocked out for my efforts. In 11th grade when I went ballistic on a bully in the locker room, I was revered, honored, respected and feared...

...Like America used to be.
